Lily joined Summit Wealth Group as an intern in May of 2006 and served our office as an Administrative Assistant while finishing her last semester at University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. In 2007, Lily graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations. Currently, she assists Randy Morris and our clientele as a Registered Financial Assistant. Lily passionately loves her job. While solving client issues and concerns, she genuinely cares about the people she serves and strives to make a difference in their lives.

Lily, Sergey and son, Jeremy, live in Rancho Cordova, CA.  She enjoys traveling, being outdoors, fitness activities, reading, learning, volunteering with interpretation and translation services, as well as spending time with her husband, Jeremy, family and friends.   




Becky Wells

Becky joined Summit Wealth Group's Madison, Mississippi, office as an administrative assistant in August 2007. She graduated from Millsaps College with a BA in English in 1992. Prior to joining Summit, Becky worked at the law firm of Butler, Snow, O'Mara, Stevens and Cannada, where she began her career as a legal secretary and then advanced to paralegal. She enjoyed interacting with the clients there and now enjoys the opportunity to meet and work with Summit's clients.

Becky lives with her husband, Chris, in Ridgeland, Mississippi, and enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking, and camping.




Carmelle Nemechek

Carmelle joined Summit Wealth Group in November 2009 as an Operations Associate. She brings more than 25 years of financial-based experience to our team and holds the FINRA Series 7 securities registration. The yellow-brick road leading to Summit Wealth Group includes administrative experience in the Financial Planning arena and Third Party Administration of IRS “Section 125 Flexible Spending Plans”/Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans. She received a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from Emporia State University. For the past four years, Carmelle has served as Chapter Executive for the Southern Colorado Financial Planning Association. Carmelle believes that an unwavering commitment to customer service and to her work is vital in helping clients and team members achieve their goals.

She is a native of western Kansas and moved to Colorado in 1984. Carmelle lives with her husband, Blake, and they have been happily married for 26 years. Throughout the years, they have been blessed with two strong, wonderful boys: Andrew, 20, attends the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, and Cody, 16, who spends his days at Rampart High School. During her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking cookies for all her extra kids (friends of the boys), reading, hiking, and most of all just spending time with her family.




Sandra Reimer

Sandy joined Summit Wealth Group in March of 2010 as The Director of First Impressions. She attended Prairie Bible College in Alberta, Canada, the Universities of North Dakota and Oklahoma, and the Spanish Language Institute in San José, Costa Rica, all in preparation for Foreign Mission Service. Sandy spent 25 years as a member of Wycliffe Bible Translators,16 of those in Guatemala, Central America, where she developed literacy materials for a Mayan language group, assisted her husband to scientifically analyze an unspoken language, and envisioned and initiated a third world medical clinic in a remote Mayan village. She has a special place in her heart for the minority peoples of the world. Sandy also brings 6 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. She considers it a privilege to serve and care for clients with attentive understanding and is delighted to be a part of the Summit Wealth Group Family.

Sandy lives in Colorado Springs with her husband Richard, and enjoys exercising, hiking, crafts, sewing, the beauty of Colorado, singing with the Colorado Springs Chorale, and has interests in anthropology, archaeology, ethnomusicology and anything creative and artistic. She is the blessed mother of two children and grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren.




Kaira Haycock

Kaira joined SWG in December 2009 as the Office Manager Assistant.  She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Actuarial Sciences.  Kaira has held many positions over the last decade, but has been primarily responsible for running the Haycock household.  Also, she has been involved as a soccer coach, tutor, 2nd grade teacher, chauffeur, and property manager.

Kaira is a native of Hawaii, but has lived in Colorado for the past 11 years.  She is happily married to Ross and keeps busy with their 3 children: Shea (19), Mason (16) and Kulia (5). 




Molly Kasen

Molly joined Summit Wealth Group in September of 2010.  She graduated from Taylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Systems.  Prior to joining Summit, Molly worked for Ernst & Young as an IT Auditor.  Currently, she assists Daniel Gilbertson and our clientele as a Registered Financial Assistant and holds the FINRA Series 7 securities registration.

Molly and her husband Brian moved to Colorado in 2010 and currently live in Littleton.  They enjoy being outdoors, cooking, reading and attending Park Church.




Kelly Sutton

Kelly joined Summit Wealth Group in December of 2010 and assists Daniel Gilbertson and our clientele as a Registered Financial Assistant.  In 2007, Kelly graduated from Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  After graduation, Kelly began her career in financial services at AXA Financial Advisors and found her passion for this industry.  She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations.

Kelly and her husband, David, currently reside in Denver, CO.  She enjoys, skiing, running, volunteering, being outdoors, traveling, as well as spending time with her husband, family, friends and of course her dog Rugby. 




Dianne Reitan

Dianne Reitan joined Summit Wealth Group in August of 2011 as a Financial Assistant.  She brings 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Most recently she served as the Manager of Insurance Services for Pass It On, Inc. in Colorado Springs and also worked for Waddell & Reed in Orange County, CA from 2001-2004, as a Financial Planner.  In 2004, she received the AAMS®, Accredited Asset Management Specialist designation from The College for Financial Plannning. 

Dianne is a member of Artemis Women and the Colorado Planned Giving Roundtable and is a mentor for the organization Women to Women.  She currently serves on two non-profit boards; The Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Western Museum of Mining and Industry.  As a graduate of Leadership Pikes Peak Class of 2008, she serves on their committee for the annual fundraising gala for 2011 and 2012.

Dianne is a native of Colorado Springs and enjoys cooking, traveling, scrapbooking and social media.  She was recently married to David Reitan and they are members of the First United Methodist Church.
