Help Financial Ad & Advisors Grow Their Business 

About the Role 

At Summit, we are looking for an Advisor Marketing Manager who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help advisors grow organically. You will serve as the primary marketing partner for more than 30 advisors across multiple branch locations. 

What You Will Do 

• Partner with advisors to create and execute annual marketing plans.
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for advisors and branch offices.
• Develop campaigns across email, digital advertising, social media, events, and print. 
• Conduct strategy reviews and provide recommendations. 
• Support onboarding of new advisors and branch locations. 
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams.

• Advisors have clear marketing plans and growth goals.
• Marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on time.
• Advisors view you as a trusted partner. 
• Marketing efforts contribute to advisor growth. 

What We Are Looking For 

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Financial services or RIA experience preferred. 
• Strong project management and communication skills. 
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Redtail. 
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment. 

Work Location & Travel 

Full-time position with remote work flexibility. Employees should reside within reasonable proximity to a branch location. Limited travel, including occasional overnight stays, may be required.
