The theme of this year’s Summer Summit was water. Water has the ability to change lives, and Summit Wealth Group is always seeking ways to create a greater impact. While the firm typically achieves this through financial guidance, this year they are expanding their reach through collective action.
Summit Wealth Group is organizing a 6K to raise funds for clean water in a small community, aiming for a $15,000 goal, enough to build a well and hand pump. If they approach that target, they plan to push even further and attempt to double it. Supporters are encouraged to get involved by donating to a team member’s fundraising page or joining the team to walk together.

Every $50 registration moves the campaign one step closer to clean water for all. The real transformation happens when everyone works together. If each employee raises $230, the $15,000 goal will be met. With community support, the vision expands to building multiple wells, reaching more communities, and transforming more lives.
Building Connection Across Distances
The 6K is unique for several reasons. Participants won’t all be in the same location but will be connected across the nation, with events taking place in Arizona, Colorado, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Mississippi. While participants may not share the same trail, they will share the same goal: a reflection of how water scarcity affects diverse areas across the globe.
Those near a Summit branch can check with their local office to see if a group walk, run, or jog is being organized. Whether walking solo or with others, participants will be part of something much larger.
What’s Included in Registration
Registrants will receive official race gear including a t-shirt, bib, and medal. The race bib will feature a photo of a child whose life will be directly impacted by participation. Some branch participants may receive extra swag.
Fundraising Rewards
Summit Wealth Group is encouraging participants to take fundraising one step further with special rewards. The more funds raised, the more lives impacted, and the more gear earned:
- $100 raised: Clean water for 2 people + Frisbee
- $250 raised: Clean water for 5 people + Baseball cap
- $500 raised: Clean water for 10 people + Camp mug
- $750 raised: Clean water for 15 people + Quarter-zip pullover
Rewards will be sent out in the weeks following the Global 6K.
