COVID-19 Prevention Measures at the Summit Madison Office

If you are planning to visit Summit Wealth Group's Madison, MS branch office in person in 2021, first of all, WELCOME! We are very happy to see you.

Please understand, due to our recent pandemic, some additional safety measures have been put in place to protect you and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. 

The Summit Wealth Group Madison branch is located inside BankFirst. As such, we are adhering to BankFirst's policies as well as our own.

FAQs

Are masks required to wear in the Madison office?

Updated 5-19-21: In accordance with guidelines set by the CDC, the BankFirst lobby is open with no restrictions.  Masks are not required and no questionnaire is required as was previously. However, Summit Wealth Group staff have masks available for in-office meetings with clients if the client requests it.

Is your office following any social distancing guidelines?

Summit Wealth Group staff are practicing social distancing with clients and other BankFirst staff members at the branch offices.

Are walk-ins welcomed at this time?

Yes. Appointments are encouraged but not required. 

Other important information to know

  • Clients do not need to bring their own pens.
  • Future office meetings will be scheduled to stagger in-office meetings with clients.
  • All of the interior doors on the 1st and 2nd floor of the branch offices are open to provide easy access to the office areas.

Please note BankFirst's janitorial service provides daily cleaning service after hours during the Monday – Friday work week.
