The Corporate Marketing Administrator supports the Director of Marketing in various initiatives and plays a crucial role in advancing Summit Wealth Group's mission. The ideal candidate will embrace the role of Marketing Administrator to focus on the ongoing development of Summit's four corporate marketing pillars of branding, engagement, brand awareness, and vision. 

Essential Functions

  • Connecting with each branch office and being very intentional about finding out the office and advisor marketing needs 
  • Help with onboarding new staff and monitoring use of our logo and branding among staff
  • Participate in weekly marketing team meetings to discuss projects and workflow
  • Facilitate and collaborate with marketing team to develop and process advisor, branch office, and corporate marketing requests for anything with the company logo, including: informative marketing brochures, business cards, name tags, email signature, etc.
  • Design and create client event marketing invitations; assist branch offices, as needed, with marketing aspects
  • Review and proof content created by company team members
  • Help coordinate and manage company social media accounts utilizing Hootesuite
  • Assist in implementing marketing tools and best practices
  • Design, develop, and distribute monthly company newsletters – maintain client/prospect distribution list
  • Design and create marketing documents and advertising adhering to company's branding guide
  • Assisting company’s branding efforts through maintaining company's online apparel and swag store, fulfilling orders
  • Help identify potential marketing opportunities for company
  • Brainstorm and collaborate on industry best practices
  • Use both Mailchimp and Constant Contact for email marketing campaigns
  • Remain current on industry developments, regulatory issues, service, and product enhancements
  • Comply with all FINRA, SEC, and Broker/Dealer compliance requirements including advertising submissions and required document uploads

Limited travel required for company meetings, training, and occasional meetings at branch office locations. The employee must be able to travel independently on an infrequent basis, including some overnight stays.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

The Marketing Administrator is a full-time position with remote work flexibility. The remote worksite will be within geographical proximity of one of our branch locations to allow the employee the opportunity to connect with other team members. Normal workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must work 40 hours to maintain full-time status unless the employee and the direct supervisor agree to a flexible work agreement.


Summit Wealth Group provides eligible full-time employees with a $700 monthly benefit allowance to assist with medical, dental, and vision premiums; eligible employees electing to participate in one of Summit's high deductible medical plans may also use the monthly benefit allowance to make contributions to an Optum HSA.

  • Medical Insurance - Summit offers four medical benefit plans an EPO, PPO, 2 - High Deductible. Eligibility begins the 1st day of the month following 60-days of full-time employment.
  • Dental Vision - Summit offers Dental and Vision (EyeMed) Insurance through Delta Dental of Arizona. Eligibility begins the 1st day of the month following 60-days of full-time employment.
  • Group Term Life Insurance provides term life insurance coverage for eligible staff members. Eligibility begins the 1st day of the month following 60-days of full-time employment.
  • Long-Term Disability - Summit provides long-term disability coverage for full-time employees. Eligibility for coverage begins after six months of employment.
  • Retirement Plan - Summit offers participation in a 401k plan, Employee contributions are eligible for a 100% match of the first 3% and a 50% match for the next 2%. Employees are eligible to participate in the program at the beginning of the quarter following six months of service.
  • Voluntary Payroll Deduct Insurance Options - Summit offers short-term disability, personal accident indemnity, cancer, and hospital advantage programs through voluntary payroll deduct. Eligibility begins the 1st day of the month following 90-days of full-time employment.
  • Paid Time Off - Summit offers full and part-time employees paid time off based on a "years of service" tiered schedule, PTO eligibility accrues immediately upon employment; granted on 90-days of employment.
  • Paid Sick Leave - Summit offers full and part-time employees 1-hour of paid sick time leave for every 30-hours worked capped at 48 hours per year dependent on number of hours worked. Sick Leave eligibility accrues and grants immediately upon employment;
  • Holidays - Summit offers employees holidays based on full and part-time employment status.

Salary Range $36,500 - $47,500 DOE
