Registered Financial Assistant
With an unwavering commitment to integrity, quality, and customer success, Sam is a trusted professional in financial services and wealth management. By blending her strong project management skills with an inclination for numbers and analytics, Sam skillfully liaises between advisors and clients to deliver impactful financial planning and investment solutions.
Sam brings over six years of experience in the financial industry, having served as a securities trader and financial services representative at T. Rowe Price before joining Legacy Wealth Planners in 2021. Sam started her career as a service consultant for one of the nation’s leading auto insurers. During this time, she originated her philosophy that there is not a “one-size-fits-all” solution to customer success. By leveraging this approach throughout her career, Sam has formed many successful, long-term relationships with clients who admire her attentiveness and technical know-how.
Sam earned her Bachelor of Science in Energy Resource Management and Development with a minor in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming. She holds her FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses and maintains a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Producer registration. Currently, she is pursuing her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys an outdoor adventure. She can often be found participating in a variety of sports, including hiking, climbing, and snowboarding. She is an active member of the Rocky Mountain Field Institute, where she supports the restoration of community trails. Prior to 2020, she dedicated much of her time to coaching individuals recovering from brain injuries at the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado as they worked to master new wilderness skills and outdoor pursuits.
